Somehow this seem to fit today as I was participating in a conference virtually. While I wanted to be in Miami for GreatIdeas '09, it wasn't possible physically.

However, thanks to the Internet and Twitter I was able to gain value from the participants who WHERE there as they shared their insights.

Together we were able to discuss many of the issues facing non profit associations and how to address those issues in creative ways.  Plus I created a stronger network of colleagues who have very creative and wonderful ideas!

Right now I feel completely overwhelmed and my head hurts! Why, because I just spent the past hour in a TweetChat.com on the use of social networking tools.

There is SO much information and it is all moving SO fast .... The challenge we all face is how to use it appropriately for our individual needs.

Fortunately for me I like this type of challenge and will find a way to sort it out and pass it along to others.

But for right now, I think I will find some Advil and walk away from this computer!  Tomorrow is another day to play ....

What I love about this quote is that it didn't say to take a BIG step, but only one as big as POSSIBLE.

What is possible today might only be a small step, the point however is that you are moving in the right direction.
