My lifelong passion has been to support the success of others. Helping to gain clarity on the next steps, short term requirements and long term goals. Anyone can see the big picture but few are able to figure out the smallest actionable steps to make it happen. It’s difficult to look outside of the box from the inside.
For the past 35 years I have worked in partnership with small businesses, non-profit organizations and business leaders to support their long term success. For 25 of those years as a business owner of JulNet Solutions. I have specifically worked with non-profit organizations in the role of Executive Director, Association Manager and Event Manager. Obtaining the designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) in 2006, 2012 and 2017 as well as the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 2017 and 2017. Most recently completing the MAPS Business Coaching certification process. These certifications as well as the experience I have gained in the ownership of JulNet has given me a unique perspective into the successful operations of not only a small business, but that of non-profit organizations.
To be successful in learning to manage multiple organizations at the same time, I had to implement strategies to keep my team and I on the right track. Developing a common language around priorities has been key. Goal setting to the now and translating those goals into an organizational GPS was critical. Following a 411 that shows exactly how successful we are is imperative. If you are not using these tools or something similar, let me help you get started!
A coach doesn’t tell you what to do but helps to navigate the conversation of discovery to the answers of what’s next. Allow me to become your co-pilot as you successfully navigate the many paths to success.
